What would my TYP commitment look like?

Your commitment to TYP is a commitment to your wellness and longevity.

The TYP 1-month program will …

  • Incorporate 4-5 days a week in a full studio of professional pilates equipment, TRX routines, Kettlebell workouts, mat work, somatic coaching & bodywork (optional), somatic practices, and 2 recovery day movement plans/wk.

  • Be a 1-hour a day commitment, allowing you to build a sustainable practice that will translate to a variety of movement practices and environments so that you can show up with more confidence in every setting.

  • Support you through the integration and growth process while being seen as a whole person.

  • Teach you to be with and regulate your nervous system so that you can meet yourself where you are.
