I support individuals and small groups in cultivating greater ease, resilience, and choice through embodied awareness, somatic coaching, and movement-based practices.

My work is for people who are open to new processes and practices and willing to actively engage in their ongoing healing and wellness. Together, we slow down enough to listen to the body as a source of intelligence and guidance, supporting change that is sustainable, relational, and lived.

Before stepping fully into this work, I spent many years in leadership roles within the restaurant and live music industry—environments that offered a real-time education in nervous system stress, physical wear and tear, relational complexity, and the necessity of embodied presence under pressure. That lived experience continues to shape how I support individuals, groups, and movement leaders today.

My work is also informed by past experience as an ICF-certified Co-Active coach and years of working with clients through home styling and organizing—experiences that shaped my appreciation for how environment, structure, and relationship support embodied change.

I am a somatic coach trained through the Strozzi Institute, with specialized training in embodied transformation, somatics, trauma and resilience, somatic bodywork, and somatic change methodologies. I am also a 500-hour certified Professional Pilates movement educator, with a 60-hour accreditation in integrative somatic trauma therapy, and I hold a degree in communications and journalism.
